COMPLETED scholarship applications (including recommendations) must be entered online, emailed, or postmarked no later than 11:59 pm, July 1st yearly to scholarshipchair@eccbn.org. Interviews for applicant hopefuls for the ensuing year begin the week of July 7th yearly.
